    Cancellation Policy

    We at Wicked understand that occasionally you will need to cancel or change your appointment. Should you need to do so we ask for the following.


    24 hour notice for cuts, nail and waxing services. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.


    48 hours for color services. Within 48 hours 75% will be charged of the scheduled cost.


    72 hours before Multi-Dimensional or Specialty services. Within 72 hours 75% will be charged the scheduled cost.


    Cancellations negatively affect your stylist finacially and the ability to fill the appointment with clients on the cancellation list. Thank you for understanding.

    Child Policy

    Our goal is for your childs safety. Due to liability reasons children are not permitted in the salon unless they are having  a service done themselves.  They are not permitted to wait in the salon while their parent or guardian are having a service done.


    This also allows the technician to give complete attention to each client and to others around them.

    If you arrive to your appointment with a child you may be asked to reschedule and reschedule fees may apply.
